Steps to make to make Curd Rice

  1. Add rice in bowl rinse few times pour 11/2 cup water and salt keep in presser cooker cook for 3 whistles until soft. When presser cooker get completely cool open lid remove rice in bowl and mash
  2. Add curd mix well add green coriander leaves grated carrots cucumber. Mix well.
  3. For temper -
    Heat oil in small pan add oil add mustard seeds cumin seeds when they crackers add all remaining ingredients then add in curd rice. Mix all well.
