- 10-12 Curry leaves
- 3 tbsp Oil
Steps to make to make Corn Spinach Handvo
- Soak rice, Chanadal, Tuvar dal and Urad dal for 6 - 7 hours.
- In a mixer jar take rice, all the dals and grind it. Add curd to it and keep it aside for 6 - 7 hours for fermentation.

- Add green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste,salt, turmeric powder and sugar.
- Add grated carrot, grated Lauki,corn kernels, chopped palak and palak puree to it.

- In a pan take oil and add mustard seeds. When it crackles add cumin seeds, curry leaves and Sesame seeds. Add this to Handvo batter.

- Add baking soda to the batter.

- In a fry pan take oil,add Mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and Sesame seeds.Pour Handvo batter. Sprinkle seasame seeds on Handvo.

- Cover fry pan and cook till it becomes crispy from both the sides.

- Serve with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
