- Take rava in a big bowl and mix all the ingredients except oil and baking powder in the mixture, now keep this mixture covered for 15 to 20 minutes and keep aside.

- Mix all the ingredients well again. If the batter looks too thick, then add some water and mix it. Apply oil in the appam maker, put a little batter in the appa maker with a spoon and now cook it by covering it on medium gas for 5 minutes.


- When the golden brown is roasted from the bottom, flip it over and cover it again and let it cook for 3 minutes. Cook the appam till it turns golden brown on both sides.

- Serve rava appam with green coriander chutney, tomato sauce or your favorite chutney.
