- Mix cumin haldi red chilli powder salt in baisan.add water gradually & make a smooth better.lastly add pinch of baking soda.keep oil hot at medium flame.pour spoon ful of baisan in oil & fry bady till golden
- Dip these fried baray in dahi water which is made before.let them dip for some time.then squeeze out water from each bara by pressing in between both hands.add these soaked bar as in dahi
- Top up with imli ki chutney hari chutney papri sew fresh coriander chop fresh chillies chop chaat masala and enjoy
