- Now turn it round...round and make it like a flower shape. Repeat the same process with the rest.

- Now heat a tawa in medium heat turn on the gas. Now take a flower dough apply some oil on it and shape it round like roti. And put it on the tawa. The flame should be slow to medium. Put some oil on the tawa to it centre and then the roti, if one side done then flip it to the other side it will take 30 sec to prepare thin. Apply oil over it and cook both side. Then it's done. Repeat the same process in preparing the rest Parantha. Enjoy it with Yoghurt.
