- In big bowl add rice both daals clean and wash drain 2-3 times with water then soak in required water for 5-6 hours or overnight

- Drain water from soaked rice dal put on in mixi jar (2-3 batches) curd blend in smooth paste add little water when grinding little thiner than idli batter cover and place it near warm place for 7-8 hours or overnight

- Now add ginger - green chilli paste little baking soda add salt keep aside Now take steamer pot add water and bring it to boil place stand for dhokla plate inside steamer. Take plate for dhokla Grease it with oil pour dhokla batter in it 1/2 level place over stand cover and steam for 12-15 min.



- Remove the plate keep aside Let cool down then cut into square / diamond shape.


- Heat up oil small pan add oil add mustard seeds when crackers add curry leaves. Switch off the gas pour it on dhokla sprinkle red chilli powder serve with chutney.
