- 3 teaspoons Curry Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Yoghurt *I used Greek Yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- Extra Chilli Powder *optional
Instructions to make to make Tandoori Fish
- Combine all the Marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Cut Fish Fillets into 4 OR 8 pieces if large, add to the Marinade, and coat well. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 200℃. Line a large baking tray with baking paper OR oil the tray.
- Place Fish pieces on the prepared tray, making plenty of space around each piece, and bake for 10 to 15 minutes OR until cooked. Today I baked for 12 minutes. *Note: Cooking time depends on the type of the fish, and size and thickness of the fish pieces.


- Scatter some Coriander leaves and serve with freshly cooked Rice. Today I served with Turmeric Rice cooked with Basmati Rice.
